Commission INformation
STEP 1 – Fill out the form
Whenever commissions open, there will be a form to fill out when you're ready to order. You must be financially ready before you submit a form if you are picked. It's not first come first serve. Once you submit your form and we like the design, a price will be sent via email. You may accept and continue working with us, or you can back out. Just let us know! A clear reference sheet is required of the character design as well as the performers US shoe size. We do not accept duplicate or copyrighted characters. Custom commissions fullsuits start at $7500 and partials at $5500. Most fullsuit custom commission cost will vary in price by design, and extras added on.
STEP 2 - Payment
For short turnaround times of 3 months or less, full payment is preferred up front. The faster your commission is paid off, the faster the turnaround time will be. Invoices will be sent through Square.
STEP 3 - Duct Tape Dummy
All fullsuit custom commissions require a duct tape dummy to be made and sent to us. Please be sure to follow this tutorial.
STEP 4 - Warranty and Shipping
Shipping will be calculated at the end of your commission. You must reside within the United States as we don't do international shipping at this time. Shipping is done through UPS with a signature required. All boxes are insured. All commissions come with a 90 day warranty, which covers defects in material and craftsmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear.
